How it all began...

In 2016, Vinay was working as a warehouse coordinator for a home furnishings supplier named Alder & Pine. Though his day-to-day revolved around shipments and stock levels, he grew increasingly frustrated with the clunky software the team relied on. Instead of just complaining, Vinay began experimenting with off-the-shelf tools and scripting on his own time, eventually building a dashboard that replaced half a dozen spreadsheets and sped up their daily processes.

When he quietly rolled out his solution to the team, the impact was immediate—errors dropped, efficiency soared, and upper management took notice. They offered him a new hybrid role to support tech across departments, but Vinay had already caught a bigger vision. He realised he wasn’t just solving problems—he was building systems that changed how people worked.

Fuelled by that insight, he left Alder & Pine and launched a small consultancy focused on making smart, simple IT tools accessible to everyday businesses. One of his earliest projects involved designing a cloud-based workspace for a regional courier service that had been struggling with remote coordination. Within weeks, their operations were running smoother than ever.

By the end of his first year, Vinay had generated over £1 million in IT support leads—proof that his instinct to bet on smarter systems and hands-on problem solving had been exactly right. What started as a workaround in a warehouse had grown into a business built on innovation and impact.
